3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit jeremyspoden.com, the website platform and supporting service providers may automatically process certain technical information needed to operate, maintain, secure, and understand use of the website.

This may include information such as:

• IP address

• Browser type

• Device information

• Operating system

• Pages viewed

• Referring website or URL

• Dates and times of visits

• General location derived from technical information

• Website or form interactions

• Cookie or similar technical identifiers where applicable

The website is hosted through HighLevel, which provides website, CRM, form, scheduling, automation, and related platform services.

I do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or other advertising pixels on jeremyspoden.com.

I do not personally review every piece of technical information that may be processed by the website platform.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary or useful for website functionality, security, preferences, or technical operation.

HighLevel also offers optional cookie and tracking features. At the time this policy was prepared:

HighLevel's Cookie Consent Banner is *not enabled**

HighLevel Sticky Contact is *not enabled**

Google Analytics is *not active**

Google Tag Manager is *not active**

Meta Pixel and other advertising pixels are *not active**

Remarketing tools are *not active**

Because the HighLevel Cookie Consent Banner is not currently enabled, this website does not currently provide a HighLevel-managed cookie-preference panel.

You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how certain website features work.

If additional analytics, advertising, remarketing, or cookie-based features are added later, this Privacy Policy should be updated as appropriate.

5. How I Use Information

Depending on why the information was collected, I may use it to:

• Provide a resource you requested

• Respond to questions or inquiries

• Manage contact records

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments

• Prepare for a Free Systems & Workflow Review

• Send appointment information and reminders

• Provide findings or next steps after a Review

• Deliver consulting or implementation services

• Communicate with clients

• Provide support

• Send educational or marketing emails where appropriate

• Maintain and improve website functionality

• Maintain security and prevent misuse or fraud

• Keep appropriate business records

• Process or document payments

• Resolve disputes or protect legal interests

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

I do not use personal information for unrelated purposes simply because it is available to me.

6. Email and Marketing Communications

You may receive email from me when you:

• Request a free resource

• Join an email list

• Book an appointment

• Become a client

• Ask a question

• Otherwise provide your email address for an applicable purpose

Some emails are transactional or service-related. Examples include resource delivery, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling information, and communications related to services you requested.

Other emails may include educational, informational, or marketing content.

Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe where required or appropriate.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily stop transactional or service communications that are still needed to provide something you requested, manage an appointment, or support an active client relationship.

7. Free Resources

When you request a free download or resource, for example the Simple Lead Follow-Up Tracker, the form currently collects contact information such as your name and email address.

I use that information to:

• Deliver the requested tracker

• Create or update your contact record

• Send the related setup or follow-up email sequence

• Send other applicable educational or marketing communications where permitted

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those messages.

8. Free Systems & Workflow Review

When you book a Free Systems & Workflow Review, I may collect information such as:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number when requested

• Business information

• Website or primary social-media URL

• Appointment information

• Intake-question responses

• Information about your systems, workflows, or business needs

• Information you voluntarily provide before or during the call

I may use this information to:

• Schedule and manage the appointment

• Prepare for the conversation

• Understand the areas you want to discuss

• Communicate about the appointment

• Prepare findings or next steps

• Follow up after the conversation where appropriate

• Maintain reasonable business records

Booking a Free Systems & Workflow Review does not automatically create a paid-client relationship.

Recording and Transcription

Free Systems & Workflow Reviews may be conducted through Google Meet.

I use Google Meet recording and Google/Gemini transcription or meeting-note features to help document and review the conversation.

When a Review will be recorded or transcribed, notice will be provided and consent will be requested before recording or transcription begins as appropriate.

The resulting recording, transcript, or meeting notes may contain information you voluntarily discuss during the call. I may use that information to review the conversation, prepare findings or recommendations, follow up with you, and maintain appropriate records of the interaction.

If you have concerns about recording or transcription, contact me before the meeting.

9. Client and Service Information

If you become a client, I may collect and process additional information that is reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.

• Software and technology you use

• Workflows

• Forms

• Calendars

• Client journeys

• CRM setup

• Automation

• Project communications

The exact information involved will depend on the scope of the engagement.

If I receive access to systems or information belonging to your business as part of an implementation project, that information will be handled in connection with the services we agreed to provide.

• Protecting legal interests

• Maintaining appropriate records of prior interactions

Different types of information may be retained for different lengths of time.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

15. Data Security

I rely on established service providers, including HighLevel, Google, and Stripe, to operate and secure the systems I use for my website, communications, scheduling, file storage, and payments.

I also take reasonable steps to protect access to the accounts and information that are under my control.
