The website and services described on it are operated by Jeremy Spoden.

Using this website does not create a client relationship between you and Jeremy Spoden.

From time to time, I may provide free resources, templates, worksheets, trackers, guides, or other materials through this website.

This currently includes resources such as the Simple Lead Follow-Up Tracker.

• download a free resource for your own use

• make a working copy

5. Free Systems & Workflow Review

The Free Systems & Workflow Review is an exploratory conversation intended to help identify areas of your business systems or workflows that may need attention.

Booking or participating in a Review does not create a client relationship.

There is no obligation for you to hire me after the Review.

There is also no obligation for me to offer, recommend, or accept a paid engagement.

If we decide to work together, the details of that engagement will be handled separately through an applicable proposal, agreement, scope of work, invoice, or other written terms.

6. Paid Services

Paid services are not governed solely by these general website Terms.

A paid engagement may include separate terms covering matters such as:

• project scope

• deliverables

• timing

• payment

• responsibilities

• access to systems or information

• revisions

• project changes

• cancellation or termination

• ownership or use of project materials

Those terms may appear in a proposal, service agreement, scope of work, invoice, payment agreement, or other written document.

If a specific agreement for paid services conflicts with these general website Terms, the terms of the specific client agreement will control for that engagement.

Every business is different.

The effectiveness of a system, workflow, recommendation, resource, or implementation can depend on many factors outside my control.

I do not guarantee that using this website, downloading a resource, following a recommendation, booking a Review, or working with me will produce a specific business outcome.
